REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing daudelle.com. We hope you are satisfied with your purchased sportswear and yoga mat. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can apply for a return or exchange according to the following policy.
I. Scope of Application
Orders meeting the following conditions are eligible for return or exchange:
Application submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods;
The product is unused, undamaged, and retains its original functionality;
The product's original packaging, accessories, and instructions are complete;
The problem is not caused by human damage or improper use.
II. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following situations do not meet the return or exchange conditions:
Orders exceeding the return or exchange period;
Products that have been used or affect resale;
Problems caused by personal reasons;
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
III. Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues
If the received product has any of the following issues, please contact customer service within 7 days:
Manufacturing defects or damage;
Severe damage during transportation;
The received product does not match the order.
After confirmation, we will provide an exchange, replacement, or refund, and we will bear the relevant shipping costs.
IV. Return Process
Contact customer service via email, providing your order number and a description of the problem;
Customer service will confirm your eligibility for return and provide the return address;
Ship the product back as instructed and provide tracking information;
After we receive the return and complete the inspection, we will process the refund or exchange.
Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
V. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned goods pass inspection;
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless due to product quality issues;
The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and bank processing speed.
VI. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to the same product or a product of equal value;
Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal reasons are borne by the customer;
For exchanges due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping costs.
